2nd Avenue is the main arterial, north-south route running alongside Yukon River in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. Along the route, the downtown core of Whitehorse could be found. 2nd Avenue gets its name from counting the number of streets from Yukon River (1st Avenue is a local short street on the edge of the river.) Most of the buildings in Whitehorse, Yukon surrounds the street.

2nd Avenue's north end is at Quartz Road, where 2nd Avenue becomes Two Miles Hill, which eventually leads to Yukon Highway 1 (Alaska Highway) and Yukon Highway 2 (Klondike Highway). The south splits into two: Robert Service Way, which leads to Whitehorse Airport, or Lewes Boulevard, which leads to a small community of Riverdale.
